Project Manager, Training & Development

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Project Manager, Training & Development in a full-time remote role, who will lead complex, cross-functional projects, manage contractor hiring and training, and ensure seamless communication and organization across the Customer Experience department.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines to ensure alignment with stakeholder needs and project goals
• Lead meetings and communication efforts, providing visibility into project progress and proactively addressing risks or delays
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement within the Training & Development team

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in a project management role with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end processes to achieve stated goals
• Tech and data savvy, with proficiency in Google, Apple, and/or Microsoft office suites, as well as Salesforce
• Experience working across multiple teams in fast-paced and evolving environments
