Project Manager Training Program

Job Summary

Leading project execution in a remote capacity, the Project Manager Training Program in the Water Division will manage planning, coordination, and performance accountability for projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with stakeholder goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track

Required qualifications

• Activity-Duty Military and SkillBridge Program Participant
• 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Project Manager or Account Manager
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals
• Bachelor's degree required (in Science, Chemistry, Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field preferred)
