Project Manager - TSMO

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TMSO) - Traffic/Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of TSMO strategies to enhance technology adoption for operations
• Manage project teams to deliver TSMO projects on time and within budget while ensuring quality standards
• Collaborate with transportation agencies and stakeholders to identify TSMO opportunities and provide actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, transportation engineering, urban planning, or a related field (master's preferred)
• 12+ years of experience in transportation systems management or related fields
• Proven experience in managing TSMO projects and understanding of traffic management best practices
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and client relationships
• Familiarity with transportation planning tools and ITS technologies
