Project Manager - UAT

Job Summary

To support business readiness and execution across testing phases, the contract Project Manager - UAT will manage third-party vendor testing and deployment coordination for enterprise resource planning systems, working remotely for a duration of 7 months.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive business readiness for entry into testing phases, ensuring all prerequisites are met
• Lead coordination of business-side execution during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support System Integration Testing (SIT) as needed
• Facilitate alignment between business teams, technical delivery teams, and vendors to ensure successful testing and operational readiness

Required qualifications:

• 8-12+ years of experience in project management within complex, cross-functional environments
• Exposure to large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs
• Proven ability to coordinate global business stakeholders and vendor participation
• Strong understanding of business processes and end-to-end operational flows
• Experience in mobilizing and influencing cross-functional stakeholders effectively
