Project Manager, Veeva CRM

Job Summary

Leading client engagements, the full-time Project Manager, Veeva CRM will manage end-to-end delivery of CRM implementations and enhancements for life sciences clients, ensuring alignment across teams and compliance with industry standards while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for Veeva CRM implementations, including planning, resourcing, and risk management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and facilitating communication
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and status reporting, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required
• PMP certification and/or Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of overall project management experience, with 4+ years specifically managing CRM implementation projects
• 3+ years of experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Working knowledge of GxP compliance and FDA validation requirements preferred
