Project Manager, Veeva CRM

Job Summary

Leading client engagements, the full-time Project Manager, Veeva CRM will manage end-to-end delivery of CRM implementations and enhancements for life sciences clients in a remote capacity, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for Veeva CRM implementations, including planning, resourcing, budget tracking, and risk management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment across business and technical teams
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and status reporting, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required
• PMP certification and/or Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of overall project management experience, including managing complex technology implementations
• 4+ years of experience specifically managing CRM implementation projects (Veeva CRM or comparable platform strongly preferred)
• 3+ years of experience working within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry preferred
