Project Manager, Veeva CRM
Job Summary
Leading client engagements, the full-time Project Manager, Veeva CRM will manage end-to-end delivery of Veeva CRM implementations and enhancements for life sciences clients, ensuring alignment across stakeholders while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for Veeva CRM implementations, including planning, resourcing, and budget tracking
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment across teams
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and status reports, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required
- PMP certification and/or Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of overall project management experience, including managing complex technology implementations
- 4+ years of experience specifically managing CRM implementation projects, preferably Veeva CRM
- 3+ years of experience working within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry preferred
