• Drive adoption, training, and communication for field-based staff transitioning to digital timekeeping
• Coordinate with cross-functional sponsors and report to the project owner

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in workforce management or large-scale system rollouts
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively
• Experience managing teams through organizational change and new technology adoption
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
