Project Manager with Instructional Design

Job Summary

To support enterprise learning initiatives, the contract Project Manager with Instructional Design background will manage project timelines and deliverables, coordinate multiple learning projects, and partner with Senior Instructional Designers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from initiation through completion
• Lead project status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Revise and develop training materials, job aids, presentations, and documentation

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of project coordination or project management experience
• At least 1 year of Instructional Design or Learning & Development experience
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience creating and revising training materials
