Project Manager with IT-II Clearance

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Task Order Project Manager with IT-II Clearance will oversee complex task orders for the Defense Logistics Agency, ensuring timely implementation of technical solutions while fostering an Agile culture and managing stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the overall execution of specific task orders and assist the Program Manager in coordinating with government personnel and customer agency representatives
• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies across delivery teams and establish processes for effective portfolio management
• Define key metrics and requirements to support team delivery, while coaching staff to enhance Agile practices

Required qualifications:

• IT-II security clearance or current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is mandatory
• Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach or equivalent Scrum/Agile Coach certification required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and leadership in IT or consulting fields
• Bachelor's degree is required
