Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Part Time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup, optimization, and adoption of Monday.com across the team
• Audit existing boards and process documents, providing recommendations for improvement
• Train staff on Monday.com best practices and create documentation for new users

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing or creative environment
• Advanced expertise with Monday.com, including board design and automations
• Experience implementing project management tools and frameworks for teams
• Strong understanding of marketing project lifecycles and collaboration needs
• Experience auditing and documenting processes, including creating desk manuals
