Job Summary
Acting as an owner's representative on large, complex construction projects, the full-time Project Manager with OSHA Certification will oversee lab/office or cGMP manufacturing environments, ensuring compliance with safety standards and managing project execution from design through commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee large construction projects, coordinating with multiple contractors and ensuring adherence to cGMP standards
- Develop and implement commissioning strategies and plans, while supervising subcontractor teams during equipment start-up
- Review technical submissions and construction site safety documents, ensuring compliance and effective project closure
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, or construction
- 7-12 years of experience in project management, preferably in the biotech industry
- Proven experience as an owner's representative on complex construction projects
- OSHA construction certification
- Familiarity with project management software such as ProCore or E-Builder
