Project Manager with PMP Certification

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Delegate Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Synthesize data to produce actionable delegate performance scorecards and maintain documentation for transparency
• Develop and produce performance matrices for internal stakeholders, integrating updates from various teams
• Manage department initiatives by leading project management efforts and facilitating cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a Medicare Advantage health plan or similar industry
• Strong understanding of regulatory oversight functions related to delegation
• Bachelor's degree in a related subject
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent certification required
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with performance reporting or data visualization tools preferred
