Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager (PMO) to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a formal PMO delivery framework for transformation initiatives
• Lead project execution for service initiatives, including operational standardization and compliance transformation
• Manage integrated project plans for platform migrations and enterprise integration initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operational transformation roles
• Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Strong ability to drive execution through influence and governance
• Excellent project planning skills and fluency in PM artifacts
• PMP certification
