Job Summary
Managing and delivering projects across technical, operational, and marketing business areas, the full-time Project Manager with PMP Certification will lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle using Agile and waterfall methodologies, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of projects, managing budgets, resources, and timelines
- Coordinate marketing-related initiatives, aligning timelines and deliverables across teams
- Establish communication plans and provide regular project status reporting to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare administration, information systems, or related field with 3-5 years of project management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required; Agile/Scrum experience preferred
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects across operational, technical, and/or marketing environments
- Strong understanding of Agile and/or waterfall methodologies
- Experience with project documentation including charters, project plans, and reporting dashboards
