Job Summary
Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal technical teams, the full-time remote Associate Engagement Manager will manage post-sale implementation projects, ensuring successful onboarding, high adoption rates, and on-time delivery while advocating for client needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with Sales, Client Success, Support, and Product Teams to facilitate client workshops and sessions
- Define and maintain project plans, identifying risks and churn mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycles
- Effectively manage a portfolio of projects from initiation to close, setting expectations with both internal and client stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
- 2-3 years of professional project management or engagement management experience
- PMP certification
- SaaS implementation project management experience
- Background in the e-commerce industry and experience generating or executing Statements of Work (SOWs)
