Project Manager with PMP Certification

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional team, the full-time remote Project Manager with PMP Certification will oversee multiple projects to achieve business goals, interface with governance groups for strategic communication, and coach team members on project methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight for simultaneous projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing project methodologies
• Interface with governance groups to communicate project status, metrics, and improvement recommendations
• Coach and mentor team members on project management techniques while maintaining effective communication with operational leaders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, or Engineering
• 8 years of related project management experience, preferably in healthcare
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required; Agile certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory role and program management is preferred
• Extensive computer literacy, including expertise in Microsoft Project and Teams
