Project Manager with PMP Certification

Job Summary

To support advanced defense initiatives, the full-time remote Project Manager with PMP Certification will manage project workflows, facilitate customer meetings, and maintain compliance documentation while leveraging tools like JIRA and Microsoft Project.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate customer meetings and serve as a lead representative in the absence of project leadership
• Execute daily coordination tasks to optimize project workflows and maintain operational momentum
• Develop and maintain information security documentation to ensure compliance and project integrity

Required qualifications

• At least 15 years of progressive experience in senior project management within federal/public-sector technology environments
• Current PMP certification
• Proven background supporting large government organizations, particularly within the Department of Veterans Affairs
• Direct experience with VA initiatives such as Telehealth and Mobile Applications
• Expert-level capability in using JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project for task management
