Job Summary
Managing the full project life cycle for clinical vendor program implementation, the full-time remote Vendor Implementation Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and closure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and monitor complex projects, ensuring adherence to defined requirements and quality standards
- Maintain detailed project documentation and provide leadership by effectively communicating project status to stakeholders
- Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks while coordinating cross-functional meetings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 4+ years of project management and implementation or program management experience
- PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools
- Experience managing clinical program initiatives or vendor implementations in a complex, cross-functional environment
