Project Manager with PMP Certification

Job Summary

Managing a large-scale program for the Veterans Health Administration's National Artificial Intelligence Institute, the full-time remote Project Manager with PMP Certification will oversee multiple concurrent projects, coordinate sprint cycles, and serve as the primary contractor point of contact for day-to-day performance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single contractor point of contact for VHA requests and contractor performance issues
• Organize and track six concurrent project workstreams, providing bi-weekly summary reports to the government
• Manage the program deliverable schedule, ensuring timely completion of over twenty distinct deliverables across six workstreams

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, preferably 8 years, including experience on technical, AI, or health IT projects
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
• BA/BS in Business, Health Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience managing large-scale programs with a total lifecycle budget and complexity comparable to this program
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated Tier 1 / National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
