Project Manager with RTE

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Project Manager with Release Train Engineer (RTE) expertise, this remote contract position will manage and coordinate complex software development projects, facilitating Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Release Train (ART) planning, execution, and delivery processes, including PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of features and products
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies to meet business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects
• Extensive experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) within SAFe or similar Agile frameworks
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Certification such as SAFe RTE/SPC, PMP, or PMI-ACP is a plus
