Key Responsibilities

• Guide and deploy technical team members while managing project execution and client relationships
• Oversee contractual, financial, and resourcing data for clients
• Mentor Data Scientists and Software Developers, engaging with clients to define needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
• Familiarity with Agile and project management frameworks
• Hands-on experience with statistics, data science, machine learning, or software development
• Experience leading teams and mentoring technical contributors
• Active Secret clearance with the ability to achieve TS/SCI clearance
