Project Manager - Workday ERP Conversion

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead the conversion from Peoplesoft to Workday ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for the ERP conversion
• Oversee project schedules, milestones, risks, and financial tracking to ensure alignment with stakeholders
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams and the external system integrator throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• High level project management experience with Workday implementation, preferably from PeopleSoft to Workday
• Proven record with Workday ERP systems and experience with external system integrators
• Knowledge of Financials, HR, Payroll, Learning, Procurement, and analytics business processes
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable
• Expertise in cloud-based integration processes and data migration best practices
