Project Manager - Workday/LMS

Job Summary

To support multiple strategic healthcare IT initiatives, the contract Systems Project Manager - Workday/LMS will manage the implementation of a new company within Workday and UKG, coordinate project activities, and lead evaluations of Learning Management Systems, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of a new company within Workday and UKG in preparation for a January 1, 2027 go-live
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables while overseeing the migration of learning data from HealthStream LMS
• Lead the evaluation and gap analysis of three Learning Management Systems to determine the future-state solution

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise systems implementation projects
• Healthcare IT experience required
• Experience supporting system evaluations, software selections, or enterprise implementations
• Workday and/or Learning Management System (LMS) experience highly preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
