Project Manager - Workflow Optimization

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing business efficiency, the full-time remote Project Manager - Workflow Optimization will evaluate, design, and implement optimal business processes while analyzing data related to workflow and reporting across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate and design business processes to improve service efficiency
• Create and manage data-driven dashboards to visualize project KPIs
• Develop and maintain process maps and standard operating procedures for technical processes

Required qualifications:

• Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience in Revenue Cycle Operations
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent project management experience; PMP certification is a plus
• Demonstrated experience leading process analysis and redesign initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
