Project Manager - Workforce Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Strategic Workforce Analytics (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and improvement of Resource Management processes and systems
• Prepare and deliver workforce planning reports and dashboards to support decision-making
• Coordinate integration activities across platforms and maintain resource management workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Project Management or consulting experience
• Hands-on experience with Eightfold or similar Talent Intelligence platforms
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of data workflows, integrations, and process automation
