Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Workforce Management & Consulting (WMC).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce-related planning and activities across RISE implementation workstreams
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and facilitate stakeholder meetings
• Assess workforce structures, identify capability gaps, and recommend operational efficiency strategies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6+ years of workforce management, human resources, or organizational design experience with the federal government
• Experience in staffing alignment, workforce planning, and classification activities
• Experience in project management, reporting, and governance processes
• Certification in project management or human capital management disciplines (desired)
