Project Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Operations Analyst to support a nationwide Contact Center Modernization initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the master program project plan, including tasks, dependencies, and milestones
• Track activities, deadlines, and milestones, proactively flagging any issues
• Support action item tracking, including capture and follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in healthcare, contact center, or technology modernization initiatives
• 1+ year of experience working with the Federal Government
• 3+ years of experience engaging with diverse stakeholders
• Experience maintaining project plans using Microsoft Project and/or Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
