Job Summary

Motivated and detail-oriented, the full-time Project Operations Associate will execute project tasks and operational activities related to AI-driven initiatives while collaborating with team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned project tasks and maintain documentation to support the delivery of AI-driven initiatives
• Create and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge resources
• Learn and apply AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and streamline processes

Required qualifications

• Completed A/Ls or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not essential
• No prior professional experience required; internships and personal projects demonstrating initiative are valued
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and proactive with a willingness to learn
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
