Project Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Operations Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex customer deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from post-sale handoff through implementation and closeout, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations
• Manage projects against defined SLAs to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience and maintain project visibility across systems
• Oversee multi-site and global implementations, adapting strategies based on customer needs and improving project delivery processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Experience managing complex implementations, preferably involving hardware and software
• Strong operational rigor with experience using CRM and project management tools, such as Salesforce
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
• Experience in industrial, IoT, or hardware-driven environments is a plus
