Job Summary

To support a high-impact team, the temporary Project Operations Manager (Employee Impact) will analyze the internal customer service ecosystem, identify gaps, and design a scalable roadmap for automation while working remotely for a 6-month engagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify key stakeholders and establish a governance structure for project updates and decision-making
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery to map support channels and validate existing support estimates while managing the upcoming Employee Impact Survey
  • Lead the implementation of immediate wins and ensure knowledge transfer through process documentation and relationship handoff
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or internal customer service transformation
  • Proven ability to map complex user journeys and translate qualitative data into actionable plans
  • Strong familiarity with automation tools and Knowledge Base management, with expertise in Slack-native workflows
  • Experience managing multi-language employee surveys and collaborating with communications and data analytics teams
  • Comfortable navigating cross-functional teams and driving consensus using framework tools like RACI
