Project Planner I

Job Summary

To execute project planning deliverables effectively, the fully remote Project Planner I will manage design, application support, quality control, and order preparation across various product lines while performing hands-on technical and production work from pre-quote to order readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Produce technical drawings, layouts, and plans using software tools such as CET Designer, AutoCAD, and Revit
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on product applications and assist Sales in pre-planning stages to minimize revisions
• Collaborate with internal teams and attend project meetings to clarify requirements and support project strategy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design, engineering, or space planning
• Strong experience with CET Designer, AutoCAD, Revit, and related software
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems, with strong math skills
• Experience in a sales-driven, project-based environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
