Project Planning Manager

Job Summary

Managing project schedules for large-scale HVDC projects, the full-time Project Planning Manager will develop, maintain, and report on project timelines while coordinating with international teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with planning structures and conducting routine data checks
• Assist in consolidating schedule inputs and preparing summaries for coordination meetings while highlighting inconsistencies
• Collect progress information and support the preparation of planning KPIs and periodic reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; master's degree is a plus
• Extensive experience in industrial project delivery, particularly in planning, scheduling, and cost control
• Strong expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Knowledge of schedule risk management and change management processes
• PMI-SP or PMP certification preferred; AACE PSP certification is an advantage
