Project Planning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Planning & Scheduling Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review contractor schedules for compliance with contract and scheduling technicalities
• Analyze project schedules, identify variances, and produce scheduling reports
• Assist in the development and maintenance of work breakdown structures (WBS) and construction schedules

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience
• U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work
• Experience in reviewing and developing Time Impact Analysis is preferred
• Experience in reviewing contractor's baseline/update schedules is preferred
• Experience in developing construction schedules is preferred
