Project Portfolio Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting project and portfolio management activities, the remote Project Portfolio Analyst will provide consulting services, conduct assessments, and lead the development of project management standards and processes in a contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consulting services on project and program management questions and issues
• Conduct assessments and peer reviews on IT projects to ensure quality and compliance
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of project management standards and practices

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project analysis, planning, or scheduling roles
• Proficiency in project management tools, especially Planview products
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, including Predictive & Adaptive delivery models and SDLC
• Experience in a PMO delivery environment supporting IT projects and programs
• Ability to create and support project schedules across various methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban
