Job Summary

Providing strategy and leadership, the full-time salaried Project Portfolio Management Executive will oversee enterprise project and portfolio management activities, ensuring successful delivery of programs related to mergers and acquisitions, growth, and other business initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supports strategy development and oversees project portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and governance standards
• Leads cross-functional teams to manage multiple projects, assessing risks, timelines, and execution across various initiatives
• Develops and sustains a high-performance team, focusing on talent attraction, development, and retention to meet long-term business objectives

Required qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, technology, and project management
• A minimum of 5 years of management/leadership experience
• Deep expertise in project and portfolio management methodologies
• Advanced knowledge of Agile, Jira, and artificial intelligence applications
• Strong experience in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
