Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Transformation Project Portfolio Manager, Global.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Transformation portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and delivery standards
• Establish portfolio governance, performance metrics, and conduct alignment meetings with stakeholders
• Lead and develop project managers within the portfolio team to ensure consistent project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or Business Management
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) required; Scaled Agile Certifications preferred
• 8-12 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management, preferably in infrastructure or cybersecurity
• Proven experience managing large, complex portfolios in global environments
• 8-10 years of experience leading large teams, with a track record of delivering complex IT solutions
