Project Procurement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Procurement Manager to oversee procurement functions for the Hudson Tunnel project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and manage Task Orders for Subconsultants
• Issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and coordinate technical reviews of proposals
• Maintain documentation and track Subconsultant/Subcontractor activities and insurance certificates

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in procurement management, particularly in construction or infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SAP Ariba
• Solid understanding of contract documents and experience collaborating with legal counsel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized documentation
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required
