Job Summary
To support capital investments across chemical manufacturing facilities, the full-time Project Procurement Manager will develop and execute procurement strategies, manage end-to-end procurement activities, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliant and value-driven procurement execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities for capital projects, including sourcing, bidding, contract execution, and supplier management
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that support plant expansions, maintenance, and regulatory initiatives
- Manage competitive bidding and contract awards for process equipment, materials, and construction services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Engineering or Technical degree preferred
- 8+ years of procurement, sourcing, or commercial contracting experience
- 5+ years supporting capital projects in chemical, petrochemical, or related environments
- Experience managing projects exceeding $5M
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex supplier negotiations and manage commercial risk
