Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead key programs involving multiple functions and program teams for product development
• Direct the development of program strategy, budgets, resource allocation, and requirements
• Communicate program progress and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
• PMP/PMI certification preferred
• Typically 10+ years of experience in project or program management
• Experience in managing cross-business unit programs
• History of innovation in technical or engineering processes
