A company is looking for an Eng-Project/Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead key programs involving multiple functions and teams to drive engineering development and implementation
• Direct the development of program strategy, budgets, resource allocation, and requirements
• Communicate program progress and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend and implement improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
• PMP/PMI certification preferred
• Typically 10+ years of experience
• Experience with project and program planning tools and software
• History of innovation in developing new technical or engineering processes
