Job Summary

Supporting the end-to-end project purchasing lifecycle, the full-time Project Purchasing Lead will manage purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely tracking of materials and documentation in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepares and maintains project purchase orders in accordance with procurement policies and timelines
  • Updates purchasing systems to ensure accurate order status and delivery information
  • Coordinates with suppliers to confirm production status and delivery schedules, resolving discrepancies as needed
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in hospitality or travel sectors
  • Proficiency in purchasing systems, specifically PeopleSoft
  • Experience with supplier onboarding and documentation management
  • Ability to track and report on purchasing data and project costing activities
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
