Project Purchasing Lead

Job Summary

Supporting the end-to-end project purchasing lifecycle, the full-time FLEX Project Purchasing Lead will execute and maintain purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely tracking of materials and documentation in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepares, issues, and maintains project purchase orders according to procurement policies and timelines
• Updates and maintains purchasing systems to ensure accurate order status and delivery information
• Coordinates with suppliers to confirm production status, delivery schedules, and material availability

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing operations, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, hospitality, finance, supply chain, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with purchasing systems, such as PeopleSoft
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and resolve discrepancies effectively
• Familiarity with project documentation and compliance processes
