Project Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting the Sales and Services organizations, the remote Project Recruiter will focus on sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and managing high-volume outreach during a six-month project.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage passive candidates across various functions using diverse tools and channels
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit before advancing them to hiring managers
• Maintain organized documentation in the ATS to ensure clear communication and pipeline visibility for the team

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in sourcing-heavy or high-volume environments
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Client Success, Account Management, or Services roles in fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial services
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple candidates and searches simultaneously
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS platforms
• Proactive and self-directed, able to work effectively in a support capacity
