Project Resource Manager

Job Summary

To support the expansion of proprietary software solutions, the full-time Project Resource Manager will coordinate planning and execution of software initiatives, ensuring teams have clear priorities and resources while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of software initiatives across product, development, and business teams
• Partner with Product Managers and technical leaders to translate product priorities into actionable project plans and timelines
• Manage resource allocation across projects, ensuring clarity on ownership, capacity, dependencies, and priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• 4+ years of experience in project management, technical program management, or software delivery
• Experience supporting software development teams or technology organizations required
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes and project planning methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar platforms preferred
