Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Reviewer to support project review requests for various environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess project documents for compliance with relevant program rules
• Document assessment findings in a project review report and communicate with project proponents and verification bodies
• Iterate on project reviews as needed, addressing findings and ensuring compliance for approval

Required Qualifications

• Experience in carbon project development, auditing, or standard setting
• Deep technical expertise in methodologies used in the Verified Carbon Standard Program
• Experience evaluating sustainable development, biodiversity, and community issues
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week
