Project Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Scheduler, Infrastructure Solutions, open to remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track, analyze, and report project information to assist teams in managing projects and evaluating weekly reports
• Ensure accuracy of project schedules and identify potential delays, facilitating timely interventions
• Prepare and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for project control and integrity

Required Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing, data center construction, or EPC
• Bachelor's degree in business, Financial or Project Management
• Advanced use of MS Project, Primavera P6, or other scheduling tools
• Intermediate proficiency in EcoSys, Oracle, or other ERP systems
• Proficiency with construction tools such as Procore
