Project Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Scheduler to support a large Federal agency focused on modernizing Healthcare functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain updated project schedules on a weekly basis
• Validate MS Project schedules against commitments and resource availability
• Identify and document dependencies between project schedules and produce structured weekly reports for leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling for large-scale IT or healthcare programs
• Bachelor's degree
• Expertise in MS Project for schedule development and maintenance
• Proven work experience with an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
