Project Scheduler

Job Summary

Supporting the Integrated Healthcare Transformation initiative, the fully remote Scheduler will manage complex project management tasks for infrastructure design and construction projects within the Veterans Health Administration.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing Information Technology Infrastructure and Physical Infrastructure related projects
• Leveraging project management methodologies to track and report on capital project scope, schedule, and cost parameters
• Identifying, tracking, and communicating risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, information technology, construction management, or related fields
• Minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years managing schedules for projects/programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Web App, and MS Office suite
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and report production
