Project Scheduler

Job Summary

To support the Industrial Segment of Steam Power Services, the full-time remote Project Scheduler will manage scheduling architecture for maintenance, repair, and upgrades of steam turbines and generators, ensuring precise project timelines and minimizing downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop realistic project timelines and incorporate technical constraints into master schedules
• Maintain and update service schedules during project execution, managing critical paths and adapting to scope changes
• Build and standardize schedule templates for core industrial services to facilitate rapid project setup and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Project, with experience managing complex dependencies and resource loading
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Services, Power Generation, or Heavy Mechanical sectors
• Strong understanding of the high-pressure nature of industrial outages and their impact on scheduling
• Ability to convert scope documents into detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration between commercial and technical teams
